Through her career Janet has held technical positions in Well Integrity Engineering, Drilling and Completions Engineering, Drilling and Completions Management and Operational Improvements. More recently she has held the position of Subsurface Manager at AGL Energy Ltd, leading and managing the Subsurface team to maximise value, optimise production to deliver safe and compliant subsurface works in drilling, completion, fracture stimulation, integrity management and decommissioning operations, across assets in NSW and QLD. With over 18 years of technical (Petroleum Engineering) and progressive leadership experience, Janet is a high-energy Team Leader with proven success in building and motivating dynamic, high performing teams to deliver successful asset management and operational results.

Janet holds a bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of New South Wales.

Mike has worked in the oil and gas industry globally having worked in Canada, USA, Russia, UK and Australia. Mike worked 16 years with SLB specializing in fracture & acid stimulation, cementing and coled tubing before progressing to senior management. Transitioning to an Operator role later in his career he has held various senior roles including Operations Manager and Field Development Manager involved with the development of greenfields CSG assets, conventional production and underground gas storage in both New South Wales and Queensland.

Mike has a Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and has completed Petroleum Engineering training focusing on well construction and well stimulation as part of his career with SLB. He has been a member of the SPE since 1989 and has co-authored and presented a number technical papers.

James is a senior well engineer with over 20 years of progressive experience in the oil and gas industry. His professional history includes delivery of exploration and production wells including vertical and horizontal well types spanning conventional oil and gas, gas storage, tight gas and CSG. He has deployed and operated well integrity management systems across multi asset well stock including delivery of well integrity assessment campaigns and vent flow remediation operations.

James has extensive experience in well completions including design, installation, commissioning and operation of PCP, ESP, gaslift, multizone and velocity. More recently he was the responsible engineer for a full field closure involving plug and abandonment of 144 wells. He has a breadth of experience both in design and execution and has a natural tendency towards collaborative delivery.

James has post graduate qualifications in Petroleum Engineering from the University of New South Wales.
