Project Overview
A wellhead surface casing vent flow test identified shallow gas migration contained within the wellhead A-section of a soon to be decommissioned well. JJM personnel completed injectivity testing and extended build up monitoring of the SCVF, a technology review and options analysis was then completed by our multi discipline team to evaluate suitability of various remediation technologies.

Technology solutions for the monitoring and remediation of SCVF were investigated and applied, including state of the art non-shrinking exothermic reaction resin. With successful SCVF remediation achieved.
